Automated tending of CNC and machine tools

A manipulator or robot removes downtime in machining production. Autonomous operation through night shifts as well.

Equipment description

Automated CNC machine tending.

Automated CNC machine tending removes the largest source of downtime in machining production — manual workpiece changeover. A manipulator or robot arm works continuously: it picks up a raw blank, loads it into the machine, removes the finished part after machining and places it in the unload position.
