Filling and dosing lines are at the core of food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical production. Our solutions cover the full range of products — from fine powders and granulates, through thick gels, pastes and creams, to low-viscosity liquids.
The machine feeds an empty doy-pack or bag automatically, opens it by vacuum, fills the weighed quantity of product and seals the pack. The line comprises a product hopper, a dosing unit (auger, piston or volumetric doser), a rotary or linear pack station and a sealing unit.
